Data and purposes
The booking form collects your name, email and message, plus any event name, venue, date and musical preferences you choose to provide. Required fields are necessary to respond. The site sends these details by email to the booking contact; they are used to answer your inquiry and discuss your event, not to sign you up for marketing.
Handling a booking request is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Necessary website security and delivery may rely on legitimate interests. Optional external media rely on your consent. We apply purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation, security and accountability.
Recipients and retention
Booking information is received by the person handling Piccaya bookings and processed by the website hosting and email infrastructure. Hosting is provided through Hostinger. Provider logs may include IP addresses and technical request information. Booking inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are retained for 12 months after the last exchange, then deleted. Records relating to an agreed booking are retained for the duration necessary to manage the contract and applicable legal obligations. Hosting security logs are managed under the hosting provider’s retention settings and policies.

No analytics or advertising script has been identified in this version of the website. External players can receive your IP address, browser information and playback interactions and may store or read identifiers under their own policies. Their storage durations and international data transfers are governed by those providers: SoundCloud privacy and Google / YouTube privacy.
You can accept, reject or choose each media provider. Refusal does not prevent browsing or sending a booking request. Your choice is remembered on this browser for six months, unless you clear cookies. at any time. Withdrawing consent stops further embedded playback by reloading the page. It cannot undo information already sent or delete cookies stored by another provider; those can be cleared in your browser settings.

Your rights
Under the GDPR, depending on the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. You can withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Contact the address above; requests are normally answered within one month, with any permitted extension explained. You may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.
Security and updates
Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information in the booking form. Access to inquiries should be limited to those handling them. This notice should be updated when the site’s services or processing change.
